{ Three Card Monday }

Hi Y'all! It's been a hot second since I last pulled cards for us, last week was a holiday AND my computer decided to throw a tantrum, so it didn't happen. To make up for our absence here I thought I'd do a three card pull for all of us. Pretty exciting stuff ahead of us - ready to dive in? Here we go!

Yes: Ten of Pentacles; But: Judgement; Therefore: Wheel of Fortune

Yes: Ten of Pentacles; But: Judgement; Therefore: Wheel of Fortune

- Ten of Pentacles - This card traditionally signifies wealth, security, good fortune and wisdom. It represents abundance as well and it is where we are now. It's time for us to put our creativity into action because the time is right for a new thingie. If we think of money as a type of energy, we can take the presence of this card as assurance to move it towards other endeavors, exchange that energy/prosperity and move it towards a new area of focus. Maybe you are thinking about making some significant career changes or investing in your education? Perhaps you are enriching your spiritual practice and tending to some deeper forms of self-care? There are a lot of different ways in which we might be living in this space of prosperity and completion. It's a good place to be...and the end of a cycle.

Pardon the blurry shot and the mess behind the cards. I'm having my ass handed to me by a house project at the moment....

- Judgement - But we are also re-evaluating our past actions and present situation before embarking on this journey of transformation. That's not a bad thing y'all. It's good to be self-aware enough to make changes as we come into a greater spiritual awareness. The challenges that we face are better met when we do so head-on and with acceptance. It's an important step in Shadow Work (remember that Old Chestnut? Time for more...). This card appears as a reminder to follow our intuition and to really BE WHO WE ARE and stop resisting our true nature.

- Wheel of Fortune - This card has a lot of significance for me personally. My dear friend Amy, who is also my Tarot Yoda, taught me that this card shows up when we need to find balance in our lives. When we are grounded and fully present, we are capable of weathering all kinds of storms and are better able to negotiate the low points of life as well as the highs. The Wheel is a turning point for many of us and it's telling us to think before we act, but not to be afraid of taking risks. Especially when we consider the cards proceeding this one, we have come to the end of a cycle and are ready to embark on something new. This is also a card of karmic significance - a good time for us all to be reflective and self-introspective (I see you there, Judgement) and make the necessary adjustments to better ourselves and move forward with intent and purpose.
